Two reasons why Nigeria doesn’t work (Part I)

Every week, I ask Stears colleagues what I should write my Friday article on (It’s now my 52nd piece since I started as Editor-in-Chief).

This time, everyone struggled to provide any relevant news stories. I would normally have a few ideas for people to vote on, but I was also blank. Come to think of it; I have had this problem since the Christmas holidays—not much has happened. My Twitter timeline has more spillover Clubhouse discussions and international stories like GameStop vs Wall Street. 

My best friends at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) have also been relatively quiet. And as for Buhari, the most I have heard was a trip to Duara, Katsina for APC’s membership registration. 

Actually…he appointed new Service Chiefs. That’s big. 

But my security analyst skills aren’t quite there yet, so I am going to create some economics to talk about. I don’t always write about
